Green Detox Smoothie Recipe

Zdravo, dragi moji! Koji je bolji način da vam započne proleće, nego uz zeleni detox smoothie? Danas za vas imam vrlo jednostavan i jako zdrav recept. Ja već dve nedelje svako jutro započinjem jednim smoothiem i zaista se osećam kao da imam više energije. Najčešće pijem ovaj zeleni, ali biće još nekoliko preporuka na blogu. Hello, my lovelies! Is there a better way to start spring season than with the green detox smoothie? Today I have for you a very easy and healthy recipe. I drink one smoothie every morning for two weeks and I really feel energized. I usually drink this one and if you want to know how I made it continue reading!

Potrebno vam je:
- 1 manja banana
- 1 kivi
- šaka svežeg spanaća
- 2 kašičice pšeničnih klica
- 2 kašičice mlevenih semenki lana
- pola čaše vode ili bademovog mleka

Sve to blendirajte dok se ne napravi homogena smesa. Ova mešavina je zaista odlična za detoksikaciju organizma, puna je gvožđa i mislim da ne treba preterano naglašavati koliko je zdrava. Izgleda kao da sam samlela žabu i ko ne voli zeleniš sigurno mu neće biti primamljivo, ali verujte mi spanać, klice i lan se uopšte ne osećaju. Banana se najviše oseća i sigurno će vam se ukus dopasti. Ovo je odličan način za sve one koji ne vole povrće da zakamufliraju ukus i na taj način unesu vitamine.

You will need: 
- 1 small banana
- 1 kiwi
- a handful of fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 2 tablespoons of ground flax seed
- Half a glass of water or almond milk

Insert all of this inside the blender and blend it until you get a homogeneous mixture. This smoothie is really great for body detox and very healthy. I know it looks like a minced frog and if you don't like vegetables it won't be tempting, but believe me you won't taste spinach at all. You will mostly taste banana and it's so delicious. This is a great way for those of you who don't like green vegetables to eat them and camouflage the taste of it.
