Healthy and Easy Hummus Recipe

Zdravo, drage moje! Još jedan zdrav i jednostavan recept je pred vama. Humus je arapsko jelo, izuzetno je zdravo i ukusno, a osim toga i niskokalorično. U zavisnosti od recepta, na 100g sadrži manje od 200 kcal i puno gvožđa, vitamina C i B6. Kao i sve ostalo, mnogo je ukusniji i zdraviji domaći u odnosu na kupovni. Hello, lovelies! Today I have for you another healthy and easy recipe. Hummus is Arabic dish and it's very healthy and delicious. 100g of hummus contains less than 200 kcal and it's full of iron, vitamin C and B6. Potrebno vam je:

- 2 x 400g konzerve leblebija 
- 4 kašičice tahinija
- 2 izgnječena čena belog luka
- 1 kašičica morske soli
- 6 kašičica maslinovog ulja
- 3 kašičice svežeg soka od limuna
- svež peršunov list

Leblebije procediti i sačuvati tečnost iz konzerve u šoljici. Sve sastojke staviti u blender i dodati 6-7 kašičica vode iz leblebija. Blendirati dok ne postane homogena smesa.


Tahini - može da se kupi gotov, a ako želite domaći pravi se tako što se na tiganju blago propeče susam, a zatim mu se doda malo soli i maslinovog ulja i to se izblendira dok se ne dobije pasta.


To je sve. Možete ga jesti uz sveže naseckano povrće ili tost, ja ga najčešće jedem tako za doručak ili prepodnevnu užinu. Nadam se da će vam se dopasti. Probajte i javljajte utiske! 



You need:

- 2 x 400g cans of chickpeas
- 4 tsp tahini
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp crushed sea salt
- 6 tbsp quality extra virgin olive oil (plus extra for drizzling)
- 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Parsley leaves

Drain the chickpeas and save the liquid in another cup. Put all the ingredients into the food processor and add 7 tbsp of the reserved liquid. Blend until it's smooth and fully combined.

That's it. You can eat it with fresh vegetables or toast, I usually eat it for breakfast or an early snack.
