The Perfect Smoothie Recipe

Već sam vam pre par meseci otkrila svoju zaluđenost isprobavanja smoothiea. Mogli ste da pročitate recept za moj omiljeni napitak u ovom postu, a danas vam dajem još jedan predlog. Odlučila sam da sa vama podelim ovaj recept jer je idealan za prelazni period kada nema puno voća, baš kao sad. Ako vam deluje primamljivo, u nastavku posta saznajte kako da napravite ovaj smoothie.

A few months ago I reveled my smoothie obsession to you. You could read my favorite recipe here and today I wanna show you another delicious and healthy smoothie recipe. Please continue reading and let me know what you think.

Potrebno vam je:
- 1 banana
- 1 pomorandža
- 1 jabuka
- 2 kašičice mlevenog kokosa
- pola čaše vode ili bademovog mleka

Ubacite sve ovo u blender i blendirajte dok se ne napravi homogena smesa. Takođe, možete bananu i jabuku iseckati na komade i zalediti pre blendiranja, ako vam se više dopadaju hladni napici. Ako tome dodate i ovsene pahuljice biće to savršen energetski doručak. 

You will need: 
- 1  banana
- 1 orange
- 1 apple
- 2 tablespoons minced coconut
- Half a glass of water or almond milk


Insert all of this inside the blender and blend it until you get a homogeneous mixture. You can also cut banana and apple into pieces and freeze before blending if you prefer cold smoothies. If you add the oatmeal it will be the perfect energy breakfast.
