5 Simple Steps to Get Organized

Zdravo, dragi moji! Pošto sam totalni freak kada je u pitanju organizacija, odlučila sam da sa vama podelim 6 delotvornih saveta koje i sama primenjujem o tome kako da se bolje organizujete. Ovo je pravi trenutak da napravite neke promene pred početak nove sezone, zato nastavite da čitate.

Today I wanna share with you five simple tips on how to stay organized and plan your weekly tasks. I hope you'll enjoy this post and find it useful. Let me know!

1. Nabavite planer
To može biti neka od brojnih aplikacija koje danas postoje, a može biti i običan rokovnik ili sveska, što ja preferiram. U svakom slučaju potrebno vam je nešto štće vam stalno biti pri ruci i gde ćete moći da beležite svoje planove i obaveze. Savet - na Pinterestu možete pronaći nedeljne kalendare za planiranje obaveza koji mogu biti od koristi.

1. Get a planner

This may be some of the many applications that exist today, or the simplest notebook, which I prefer. In any case, you need something that will constantly be on hand and where you will be able to write your plans and commitments. Tip - on Pinterest you can find weekly calendars for planning obligations that may be useful.


2. Napravite raspored
U nedelju uveče odvojite sat vremena i napravite spisak obaveza, šta je to sto želite i morate da uradite u toku naredne nedelje? Napravite dnevne spiskove obaveza. Zatim svakog jutra obaveze za taj dan razložite u više manjih aktivnosti i na taj način ćete lakše savladavati svaku od njih. To će doneti i osećaj olakšanja kada još jednu stvar precrtate sa svog spiska.

2. Create a schedule
On Sunday evening take one hour and make a list of commitments. What is it that you want and need to do in the next week? Make lists of daily tasks. Then each morning tasks for the day separate in many smaller activities and thus you will easily overcome each of them. That will also bring a sense of relief when you scratch one more thing off your list.


3. Budite realni 
Kada planirate svoje obaveze budite realni. Uskladite svoje planove sa fizičkim mogućnostima. Nemojte se pretrpavati obavezama jer ništa nećete uspeti da završite, osim što ćete se demoralisati kada vidite da ne postižete puno toga sa spiska.

3. Be realistic
When planning your obligations it's important to be realistic. Categorize your plans don't plan to much because you will not be able to finish anything, except that you will be demoralized when you see that do can't achieve a lot from the list.


4. Odredite prioritete
U skladu sa prethodnim predlogom, da biste napravili realne planove morate odredjene stvari da izostavite. Napravite prioritete i razmislite šta je neophodno, šta je važno, a šta nije i tim redosledom i planirajte. Tako ćete znati čega da se odreknete ukoliko vam ponestane vremena ili snage. Savet - uvek u To do listu dodajte i vreme za sebe i za ono što vas čini srećnim, što vas relaksira i vraća vam energiju.

4. Prioritize
In accordance with the previous proposal, to make realistic plans you must prioratize. Make priorities and consider what is necessary, what is important and what's not. That way you know what to give up if you run out of time or energy. Tip - always add to the list a time for yourself and what makes you happy, what relaxes you and brings you energy.


5. Nagradite sebe
Ono što je kod svega ovoga ključno jeste da nagradite sebe. Osmislite neki način nagradjivanja kada izvršite nešto sa svog spiska i na taj način ćete biti motivisani tokom celog dana, pa i nedelje.

5. Reward yourself
What is crucial in all of this is to reward yourself. Develop a way of rewarding when you accomplish one of the things from the list and thus it will keep you motivated throughout the day.



Ovo je ono što meni pomaže da funkcionišem poslednje tri godine. Ne kažem da uvek ispoštujem svaki od ovih koraka i da je uvek realizacija 100%, ali bez ovoga mislim da ne bih postigla ni pola onoga što postižem ovako.
