Zdravo, dragi moji! Danas pričamo o nezi kože. To je tema o kojoj može da se priča beskonačno dugo i svakodnevno se otkrivaju novi proizvodi i novi načini nege. Ono od čega polazi sve jeste hrana. Smatram da je zdrava ishrana osnova svega i da ne vrede nikakvi preparati ukoliko iznutra nismo zdravi i negovani. S obzirom na to da dolazi jesen, kada je koža najosetljivija, danas ću vam predložiti 5 vrsta hrane za lepšu i zdraviju kožu. Nadam se da će vam moji predlozi koristiti i ukoliko imate još nešto da dodate volela bih da ovaj post dopunite kroz komentare.

Hello lovelies! Today we're talking about skin care. We can talk about this subject all day long, but the most important thing is to eat healthy food. Since autumn is coming I would love to introduce you to 5 groups of food for perfect skin. I hope you'll like this post and if you have anything else to add feel free to comment.
1. Avokado // Avocado
Avokado sadrži puno vitamina B koji je jako dobar za kosu, kožu i nokte. Osim što je preukusan i treba ga jesti što više, odličan je i kao maska za lice i dekolte.
Avocado contains a lot of vitamin B, which is very good for hair, skin and nails. Besides being yummy food it's also excellent as a mask for the face and cleavage
2. Spanać // Spinach
Pored ostalih vitamina, spanać sadrži vitamin K, vitamin C i betakaroten koji su izvrsni za kožu. Za jelo je izuzetno zdrav, a kao maska je odličan za čišćenje pora.
In addition to other vitamins, spinach contains vitamin K, vitamin C and beta-carotene, which are excellent for the skin. It's extremely healthy and as a mask is excellent for cleansing the pores.
3. Laneno seme // Flax Seeds
Laneno seme sadrži puno omega 3 masnih kiselina, zahvaljujući kojim održava kožu hidriranom, podmladjuje je i usporava nastanak bora. Osim toga odličan je za varenje i detoksikaciju organizma.
Flax seed contains lots of omega-3, thanks to which keeps the skin hydrated, rejuvenates and slows the formation of wrinkles. Besides it's excellent for digestion and detoxification of the body.
4. Bademi // Almonds
Bademi su odličan izvor vitamina E koji predstavlja prirodnu zaštitu od sunca. Takodje, bademi su odlični i u borbi protiv celulita. Najbolje je unositi ga kroz ishranu.
Almonds are an excellent source of vitamin E which is a natural protection from the sun. Also, almonds are excellent in the fight against cellulite.
5. Voda // Water
Ne treba posebno naglašavati da je hidratacija najbitnija za zdravu i lepu kožu. Ukoliko kao i ja ne volite da pijete vodu, najbolje bi bilo da nacedite malo limuna ili pomorandze, kako bi voda dobila ukus. A uz to citrusi dodatno doprinose hidrataciji, pa ne može da škodi.
Hydration is the most important for a healthy and beautiful skin. If like me you don't like to drink water, it's best to add a little lemon or orange, so that water gets a different taste.
