Dobro jutro! Jedna od mojih novogodišnjih odluka bila je i zdravija ishrana i još više vežbanja i generalno zdraviji način zivota (ko je sa mnom? javite se u komentaru :)). To sam shvatila ovaj put ozbiljnije nego inače i sa vama ću ovde deliti to svoje iskustvo. Pošto volim zdravu hranu to neće biti problem (problem je što podjednako volim i nezdravu upss). Doručak je najvažniji obrok i zato počinjemo odatle.
Good morning! One of my New Year's resolutions was a healthier diet and more exercise and generally healthier lifestyle (who's with me? comment below :)). I want to take this seriously this time and I'll share this experience with you here. Since I love healthy food that will not be a problem (the problem is that I love unhealthy food as well oops). Breakfast is the most important meal and that's why we start from here.
Breakfast helps our bodies at the beginning of the day and it must be the biggest and strongest meal. This is my most common breakfast and what I like to eat in the morning. I replaced bread with the organic rice cakes and put the chopped avocado on it, add a little salt with cherry tomatoes. Avocado prepared like this to me is the most delicious thing and I love to eat it because it's sooo healthy. With this I also add lemonade without sugar or squeezed oranges, some fruit, and the coffee is of course mandatory. When I go to the gym in the morning I usually split this meal in two parts, so I eat fruit immediately after training, and often have to wait for coffee as well because I like to drink it for two hours, and in the morning I don't have time for that.

The morning was busy with phone and laptop, and now this being eaten and drank it's time for the gym. What is your favorite meal of the day? What do you eat for breakfast?
