Spinach Tagliatelle

Vi koji pratite moj blog već duže vreme znate da sam očajna kuvarica i da je u mojoj kuhinji smoothie jedini specijalitet. E pa, dragi moji, moram da se pohvalim da sam počela da učim, ali naravno ne svojom voljom. Mama mi se nedavno razbolela i posle nedelju dana instant ručkova, morala sam da počnem da kuvam. U početku je sve bilo preslano, a sada, posle skoro dva meseca u kuhinji, mogu da se pohvalim da su mi jela uglavnom jestiva (šaliiim se, nisam baš toliko očajna). Pastu obožavam, a volim je još više od kad kuvam jer je prelaka za spremanje. Volim da eksperimentišem i isprobavam različite soseve, a ovo danas je jedan lagan i zdrav recept.

Those of you who follow my blog for a long time know that I'm desperate cook and smoothie is the only thing I know how to make. Well, my loves, I can say that I started learning, but of course not willingly. My mom recently got sick, and after a week of instant lunches, I had to start cooking. Now, after nearly two months in the kitchen I can say that my meals are mostly edible. Just kidding, I'm really not that desperate. Pasta is my favorite food and I love it even more now when I cook because it is soo easy to prepare. I love to experiment and try out different sauces, and this one today is an easy and healthy recipe.


Potrebno vam je:
špagete ili taljatele 500g (dovoljno za 4 osobe)
spanać 450g (ja sam koristila onaj Frikom smrznuti)
maslinovo ulje
čen belog luka
začini po izboru

You will need:
spaghetti or tagliatelle 500g (enough for 4 people)
450g spinach 
olive oil
1 clove garlic
spices of your choice

U 1l ključale vode koju ste prethodno posolili ubacite testeninu da se kuva prema uputstvu sa pakovanja. U drugu šerpu stavite maslinovog ulja 2-3 kašike i blago zagrejte, dodajte sitno naseckan beli luk, u to ubacite brikete spanaća bez prethodnog odmrzavanja i na laganoj vatri polako dinstajte uz dodavanje vode (može i mleko umesto vode) dok se spanać ne odmrzne. Prodinstajte još nekoliko minuta i dodajte začine po izboru (biber, vegeta, beli luk u granulama). Na kraju se može dodati i puter i neutralna pavlaka. Ja sam pravila i sa neutralnom pavlakom i odlično je, za one koji ne vole mnogo ukus spanaća. A ovo na fotografiji je vegetarijanska varijanta, bez pavlake i putera, i samim tim se i spanać jače oseća. Kada je sos gotov, prelijete preko testenine i dodajte parmezan. Voilà! Probajte i javite mi da li vam se dopalo.

Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil, add the pasta, and cook according to the packet instructions. In other pan put 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil and slightly warm it, add finely chopped garlic, insert spinach and cook slowly by adding water (you can use milk instead of water). Stew a few minutes and add spices of your own choice (pepper, salt, garlic). In the end you can add the butter and neutral cream. I made it once  with neutral cream and butter, it's great for those who do not like spinach. And this one in the picture is a vegetarian version, without cream and butter. When the sauce is ready, pour it over the pasta and add parmesan. Voilà! Try it and let me know if you like it.
