How to Grow Healthy Hair Fast

Od kada postoji moj blog nešto za šta sam dobila ubedljivo najviše komplimenata je moja kosa. Davno sam vam pisala kako ja negujem svoju kosu (to možete pročitati OVDE), a sada bih proširila tu priču ovim današnjim postom. Prošlog leta sam po drugi put svoju jaakoo dugu kosu skratila na neki malo duži bob do ramena i ona je već dosta porasla. Ja sam se ošišala i bila oduševljena dve nedelje, a onda je počela da mi fali moja duga kosa i poželela sam da je opet imam. Ovo su neki od koraka koje sam ja preduzela da bi moja kosa što brže porasla i zaista je to sve imalo efekta, zato sam odlučila da to podelim sa svima vama koje ste u sličnom problemu.

I have got so many compliments on my hair. A long time ago I wrote about my hair care routine (you can read HERE) and now I expanded the story in this post. I've cut my hair last summer and I was thrilled for two weeks, and then I began to miss my long hair, and I wanted to have it again. These are some of the steps that I have taken to my hair grew faster, and indeed it helped a lot, so I decided to share it with all of you who have a similar problem.


Uzimajte vitamine
Ono što će definitivno najviše pomoći su vitamini. B vitamin je jako dobar za dlaku i nokte, a naročito su dobri kompleksi vitamina koji su namenjeni baš za rast kose. Ja koristim Hair Burst proizvode i ukoliko imate mogućnosti da poručute preporučujem ga, a ako ne, možete i ovde nabaviti kompleks vitamina A, B, C i D.

Take your vitamins
What will definitely help the most are vitamins. B vitamin is very good for hair and nails, and  vitamin complexes that are designed specifically for hair growth. I use Hair Burst products and if you're able to order I recommend it.

Pijte vodu
Hidratacija je jedna od najbitnijih stvari za naše zdravlje, a podjednako je bitna i za lepotu. Ukoliko ne pijete dovoljno vode koža i kosa će vam biti suvi, pucaće i neće imati dovoljno sjaja. Zato pre nego nastavite da čitate brzo trk po čašu vode.


Drink water

Hydration is one of the most important things for our health, but it is equally important for beauty. If you do not drink enough water your skin and hair will be dry. Therefore, before continuing to read quickly go and get a glass of water.

Jedite zdravu hranu
Ukoliko uzimate gore pomenute vitamine, a ishrana vam se svodi na fast food i grickalice nećete mnogo postići. Zdrava hrana znači zdravlje iznutra, a to će se reflektovati i na vaš spoljašnji izgled. Eat healthy food
If you are taking the above mentioned vitamins and eat fast food you will not accomplish much. Healthy food means health from the inside, and it will reflect on your outer beauty. Ne perite kosu
Znam da će sad većina vas da pomisli da nisam normalna, ali ja zaista mislim da je to jedan začarani krug. Ja što više pereš kosu ona se brže masti i više opada. Pokušajte da izdržite bar još jedan dan duže kada treba da operete kosu. Ja bi trebalo da je perem svaki drugi dan, ali trudim se kad god mogu da je operem svaki treći. Taj jedan dan bude nezgodno, ali snalazim se sa raznim frizurama, šeširima ili jednostavno ne izlazim iz kuće taj dan.

Do not wash your hair 
I know that most of you'll think that I'm not normal, but I really think it's a vicious circle. Try to get through at least one more day when you need to wash your hair. I should wash it every other day, but I try whenever I can to get it cleaned every third day. That one day can be tricky, but I get by with a variety of hairstyles, hats or simply do not leave the house that day.

Ne vezujte kosu
Kosa se najviše lomi gumicama i šnalama i najgore što možete da radite svojoj kosi je da je držite vezanu po ceo dan. Kosa se najviše kida na samoj površini i onda imamo one antenice koje mene izludjuju, a verujem i vas. Zato, da ne biste imale antenice kosu vezujte minimalno i nikad ne zatežite previše gumicu.

Do not tie your hair
The worst thing you can do to your hair is to keep it tied all day. 




Nadam se da će ovo pomoći, naravno ako neko ima još neki savet podelite to u komentaru sa nama ostalima. :)

  4. Great tips! I totally agree with you on washing hair less frequently. I try to wash it every 3-4 days but it's not a good sight if you have been working out :D have a great Friday :)
