5 Tips How To Be Happy Every Day

Početak godine je i pravi je trenutak za promene, nove početke i rad na sebi. Umesto da kao i uvek zacrtate sebi krupne ciljeve, probajte da ove godine počnete od onih malih stvari, koje najčešće zanemarujemo. Probajte da budete srećni, svaki dan. Nažalost retki su oni koji se danas mogu pohvaliti time da su svakoga dana srećni. Previše brzo živimo, previše radimo, previše se toga negativnog događa u svetu oko nas, a kada se na sve to dodaju i svakodnevni izazovi, kako i da budemo pitate se. Ja sam proteklih nekoliko meseci istraživala šta utiče pozitivno na moje raspoloženje i kako moja sreća utiče dalje na druge ljude i okolnosti u mom životu. Čitala sam šta je to što kod drugih ljudi prouzrokuje nalet pozitivne energije i sama probala da li će odgovarati i meni. Sa vama ću podeliti šta je to što meni instant diže raspoloženje čak i kada imam loš dan. A vas molim da pročitate do kraja i da se otvorite za mogućnost da probate nešto od ovoga. Sigurna sam da će pozitivno uticati na vaše raspoloženje. Čak i ako ne uspe da vas podigne kao mene, pronađite nešto drugo što će kod vas podstaći hormon sreće. Hajde da zajedno radimo na tome da budemo srećni, jer kada si srećan možeš sve što poželiš. Hajde da širimo pozitivnu energiju i da učinimo ovu 2017. najboljom godinom do sada!

#1 Zahvalnost
Možda vam je teško da osetite zahvalnost kada se probudite ujutru i odmah pomislite na to koliko imate da učite, ostavio vas je dečko, napolju je minus beskonačno, imate posla preko glave i tako dalje. Zastanite na sekund i pomislite koliko je sjajno što ste se uopšte probudili jutros i razmislite na čemu sve možete biti zahvalni danas. Živi ste i zdravi, imate topao krevet, imate internet čim ovo čitate, sigurno imate još hiljadu stvari koje možda neko drugi nema i zato budite zahvalni na tome. Deluje banalno, ali često zaboravimo koliko smo srećni u svojim životima jer smo zaokupljeni nekim većim problemima. Zato se zahvalite svakoga dana na onome što imate i videćete kako će vam to instant popraviti raspoloženje.

#2 Vežbanje
Budimo realni, većina nas vežba kako bi smršala i zategla se za leto i zato svi prema vežbanju imamo odmah negativnu emociju, To je nešto što moram da radim, a ne volim. Vežbanje u stvari služi tome da ostanemo zdravi i u formi, da lepo izgledamo, ali najvažnije je da ono oslobađa endorfin koji vam je sigurno poznat pod nazivom hormon sreće. Zato pokušajte da u svoj raspored ubacite pola sata dnevno šetnje, trčanja ili đuskanja uz omiljenu muziku - moja omiljena kardio aktivnost (sagorevaš kalorije, a zabava je zagarantovana).

#3 San
Koliko puta ste ostali budni uz TV do 2-3h posle ponoći, da bi se ujutru probudili polukomirani? Pravilan san je veoma važan. Pokušajte da svako veče zaspite u isto vreme i da odspavate 6 do 8 sati svaki dan. To je nešto na čemu ja još uvek radim, jer sam velika spavalica i najradije bih spavala po 15 sati dnevno.

#4 Kućni ljubimci
Moj najdraži mood booster je Ozzi. Kada se igram sa njim ili ga jednostavno gledam dok spava preplavi me tolika količina emocija i pozitivne energije da odmah zaboravim na sve što me je mučilo u toku dana.

#5 Meditacija
Meditacija je način da se povežete sa sopstvenim umom i da naučite da kontrolišete svoje misli. Ako ste kao ja u toku dana rastrzani na hiljadu strana, imate gomilu obaveza i ideja, ne znate gde ćete pre, sigurno znate koliko bi vam prijalo pola sata u toku dana bez razmišljanja. Deluje vam lako, ali pokušajte da se smestite udobno negde gde vas niko neće uznemiravati i provedite pola sata bez ijedne misli u svom umu. U početku će vam sigurno biti teško, kao i meni, ali ova tehnika se vežba. Kažu da 30 dana meditacije može da vam promeni život. Probajte, nemate šta da izgubite.

 Beginning of the year is the perfect time for change and new beginnings. Instead of  some big new years resolution, you should try this year to work on those little things that we usually forget. Try to be happy, every day.  In the last few months I was researching what has a positive influence on my mood. I researched what it is that causes a rush of positive energy for other people and tried it myself. I'll share with you what is it that instantly boosts my mood even when I have a bad day. And I ask you to read till the end of post and to open yourself for the possibility to try something new. Let's work together on how to be happy, because when you're happy you can do anything you want. Let's spread the positive energy and make this 2017 the best year so far!

#1 Gratitude
Perhaps you find it hard to feel grateful when you wake up in the morning and immediately think of how much you have to study, you broke up with your boyfriend, you have so much stuff to do and so on. Stop for a second and think about how great it is that you woke up this morning and think of all the things you can be thankful for today. You are alive and healthy, you have a warm bed, you have the internet as you are reading this, you probably have a thousand things that maybe someone else doesn't have, so be grateful. It looks funny, but often we forget how lucky we are in our lives because we are preoccupied with some major problems. Therefore thank God every day for what you have and see how that one thing can instantly lighten your mood.

#2 Exercise
Let's face it, most of us exercise to loose weight for summer and therefore when you think about exercising you immediately have a negative emotion. This is something I have to do and don't like to do it. Exercise actually serves to stay healthy and fit, to look nice, but the most important is that it releases endorphins that is known as the hormone of happiness. So try adding 30 min walk, jogging or dancing to your daily schedule.

#3 Sleep
How many times have you stayed up by the TV till 2-3 a.m. to wake up in the morning feeling grumpy? Proper sleep is very important. Try to fall asleep every night at the same time to sleep 6 to 8 hours each day. This is something I still have to work on, because I love sleeping and I would love to sleep for 15 hours a day.

# 4 Pets
My favorite mood booster is my dog Ozzie. When I play with him or just watch him sleep I become overwhelmed with emotion and positive energy so I immediately forget about everything that's been bothering me during the day.

# 5 Meditation
Meditation is a way to connect with your own mind and learn to control your thoughts. If you're like me during the day - torn in a thousand jobs, you have a bunch of commitments and ideas, you don't know what to do first, certainly you know how much you would enjoy half an hour during the day without thinking at all. It sounds easy, but try to settle comfortably somewhere where you will not be disturbed and spend half an hour with no thought in your mind. In the beginning, it will certainly be difficult, as it was for me, but this technique needs to be practiced. They say that 30 days of meditation can change your life. Try it, you have nothing to lose.
